A sweet rhubarb conserve invigorated with fiery ginger.

Delicious on hot buttered toast but also makes a simple and easy-to-prepare dessert when dolloped over chilled natural yoghurt or vanilla ice cream. For extra crunch either sprinkle Grasmere Gingerbread® Crumbs or crumbled Grasmere Gingerbread® on top. 

Store in your cupboard and refrigerate after opening. 

Cumbrian rhubarb, sugar, fresh lemons, fresh root and ground ginger. 

Prepared using 62g fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 63g per 100g.
