A by-product of the Grasmere Gingerbread® baking process, our crumbs are delicious sprinkled over stewed fruit, ice cream, yoghurt, trifles and crème brulees or just eaten by the spoonful for a spicy-sweet treat.
Versatile Grasmere Gingerbread® crumbs make a heavenly cheesecake base and add spicy-sweet oomph to fruit crumble toppings. One bag is sufficient for one crumble topping and one cheesecake. They also spice up home-made burgers and sausages. When you buy Grasmere Gingerbread® Crumbs you are directly helping conservation projects in the Lake District as £1 from every sale is donated to the Lake District Foundation which funds projects that protect the national park’s landscape, wildlife and cultural heritage.
