Delicious lime-flavoured Belgian ‘couverture’ melt-in-the-mouth milk chocolate coated crystallised ginger pieces that may be served with afternoon tea or coffee or presented as elegant after dinner petit fours.
The higher cocoa butter content of ‘couverture’ chocolate gives it an extra creamy, mellow taste which is deeply satisfying.
