Not only does Grasmere Gingerbread® make the perfect spicy-sweet biscuit base, but Sarah Nelson’s Chocolate & Stem Ginger Sauce avoids any disappointment of a solid chocolate square not melting when you top it with the hot marshmallow. Sarah Nelson’s Raspberry and Ginger Marshmallows also adds a deliciously refreshing fruity twist.

How to make our version of S'mores:

  • Break a slice of Grasmere Gingerbread in half.
  • On one half-piece add a dollop of Sarah Nelson’s Chocolate & Stem Ginger Sauce.
  • Toast your marshmallow over a fire (or alternative heat source) and place on top of the sauce.
  • Top it all off with the remaining half-piece of Grasmere Gingerbread®.
  • It’s now ready to eat in one big go (although you could be polite and take little bites).The combination of textures and tastes is absolutely amazing.

Raspberry and Ginger Marshmallows:

Sugar, water, glucose syrup (preservative sulphur dioxide), gelatine (beef derived), raspberry mash  (raspberry puree, corn syrup, water, dextrose, citric acid, flavouring, pectin, colour E129, preservative sodium benzoate), salt, cornflour, ginger oil and crystallised ginger. 

Allergens: Sulphur Dioxide.

Chocolate & Stem Ginger Sauce:

Dark chocolate (milk/soya), glucose syrup, butter (milk), whipping cream (milk), stem ginger
