Cooking Instructions
Steam - from ambient. Leave lid on. Place basin in high sided pan and fill pan with water halfway up basin. Steam for 1½ hours. Top up water as necessary. Do not allow to boil dry.
Microwave - from ambient
Place upright in microwave. Loosen lid. 800W 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute 30 seconds. Guide for one pudding only. Cooking times may vary.
Do not reheat.
