In 1813 the Agricultural Society held the first Garstang Show where local farmers brought their premium crops and stock for a chance to win one of 13 prizes. Now the Garstang show plays host to around 15000 visitors every year and boasts nine competition categories, all with multiple prizes to take home. Come along and watch the competition for the ‘best multi-coloured pygmy goat’ or feel your heart stop watching the exhilarating tricks of freestyle motocross riders. Grasmere Gingerbread® are excited to be bringing our freshly-baked gingerbread to this fun-filled day.
