A smooth, creamy spread ideal for spooning onto fresh crusty rolls, layered over butter pastry for quick tarts, spooned over vanilla ice cream or even as an alternative filling in a traditional Victorian sponge sandwich.

Similar to lemon cheese but with a distinctive ginger bite.

Store in your cupboard. Once opened refrigerate and use within 3 weeks. Due to the freshness of this product the best before date is 5 months from purchase. 

Sugar, fresh root ginger, free-range Cumbrian eggs, British butter (milk, salt), fresh lemons. Gelling agent: citrus pectin. 

Total sugar content 65g per 100g. 

Allergens: eggs, milk. 

Made in a kitchen which uses nuts.
