Order Quantity

Minimum order stipulations apply to the following

Natural Brown Heart Shaped Box (2 inches x 2 hearts) – 50
Natural White Heart Shaped Box (2.5 inches x 2 hearts) – 50
White Lacy Box (2.5 inches x 2 hearts) – 35
Silver Heart Shaped Tin (3 inches x 2 hearts) – 30
Natural Brown Heart Shaped Box with Gingerbread couple (2 inches x 2 hearts) – 50
Small Coloured Heart Shaped Box (2.5 inches x 2 hearts)* – 50
Large Coloured Heart Shaped Box * – 50

No Minimum Order stipulation on the following: –
Chest Boxes (see below)
Material Pouches* (see below)
Traditional Presentation Tin

There is an additional £10.00 special packaging charge due to no minimum order stipulation on the Chest Boxes and the Material Pouches.

*Bespoke packaging requires exact numbers on booking.
All other packaging options require final numbers 2 weeks prior to dispatch date.

Order Confirmation

  • The final order is required TWO WEEKS prior to the requirement date. Any difference in quantity will be calculated appropriately.


  • Pick-up can be made directly from The Grasmere Gingerbread Shop after 1pm, the day before wedding.
  • Courier delivery can be made across the UK and the rest of the world.
  • The cost of delivery and packaging in the UK is £13.95, all deliveries are to be signed for and are made before 10:30am the day before the wedding.
  • Please note that the box chest can not be delivered in their made up form, they are sent flat packed and made up (easy) by the recipient.
  • Boxes required for pre self-decoration can be either picked up from the shop or delivered for £5.95.

Product Quality

  • The Grasmere Gingerbread Shop prides itself in the quality of their product, therefore to guarantee freshness and that the Gingerbread tastes at its best delivery can not be more than 48 hours before the date of the wedding, and pick-up must be no more than 24 hours before the date of the wedding.


  • Once an order has been placed you will be advised of the total cost of which a 20% deposit will be required to secure the booking which is non refundable.
  • Any bespoke packaging requires an 80% deposit on booking.
  • The final balance (including delivery if required) is required 2 weeks prior to the dispatch date.
  • Any booking placed less than 4 weeks before dispatch date will need to be paid in full.
  • Payment can be made by Debit/Credit card over the telephone, or by Cheque made payable to ‘Sarah Nelson’.
